First giving all honor and glory to God, who is our Lord and Savior. Thank you for virtually visiting Hero Lodge #248. I hope during these trying times you all are remaining safe. 

 

To: The Wardens, Elected and Appointed Officers, Past Masters and Brethren, thank you for electing me as Worshipful Master of Hero Lodge #248. It gives me great pleasure to be able to serve as your Master for the ensuing year. I am extremely grateful of the honor that you have bestowed upon me, the confidence you have shown to entrust me as the Master of our Lodge. I know COVID-19 has made us go through various changes in the Lodge and in our lives, but we are still standing tall. I thank you for all of your support. This year we will focus on Masonic education and strengthening our brotherhood. As I hold this gavel, I do not view it as a symbol of authority, but as a symbol of trust. The trust you have placed in me to conduct the affairs of this Lodge in accordance with our by-laws and your wishes for the year.

 

To: All visitors “Masonry accepts men of every country, sect and opinion.” So, while we may believe in a different Supreme Being, or not necessarily share a likeness in our point of view, I welcome you with open arms. Freemasonry is one of the oldest fraternities in the world and will continue to welcome all men of good moral character regardless of how they look, how much money they have, or what neighborhood they live in. You are cordially invited to look around our site, contact us with any questions you may have and hopefully in the near future join us at one of our public events.
