Entered Apprentice Degree Content Sharing and Access Policy Purpose This policy outlines the terms and conditions for obtaining, sharing, and distributing Masonic content related to the Entered Apprentice degree. It ensures compliance with the ancient obligations of Freemasonry, particularly regarding the confidentiality and sacredness of the rituals and teachings associated with the EA degree. 1. Definition of Masonic Content (EA Degree) Masonic content related to the Entered Apprentice degree includes, but is not limited to: Rituals, signs, and symbols specific to the EA degree Oaths, passwords, and grips associated with the EA degree Lectures and teachings given during the EA initiation and ceremonies Records and materials related to the EA degree rituals 2. Access to Entered Apprentice Content Restricted Access: The teachings and rituals of the Entered Apprentice degree are sacred and private. Access to this content is granted only to those who have taken the Entered Apprentice oath and have been duly initiated into the Craft. Non-Masons and those who have not attained the EA degree are prohibited from accessing this material. Confidentiality: Freemasons who have received the Entered Apprentice degree are bound by an oath of secrecy, which prohibits the unauthorized disclosure of the degree's rituals, signs, and any confidential content. Such content is considered sacred and must be treated with the utmost respect. 3. Sharing Entered Apprentice Content For Masons Only: Freemasons are permitted to discuss and share the content of the Entered Apprentice degree only within the confines of the Lodge and with other Masons who have taken the EA oath. Sharing or discussing EA-related content outside of these boundaries is strictly prohibited. No Public Sharing of EA Rituals: Rituals, passwords, signs, and sacred knowledge specific to the Entered Apprentice degree must never be shared with non-Masons or publicly. The transmission of such secrets is a violation of the Masonic oaths and ancient obligations. Educational Purposes: Freemasons who wish to share EA-related content for educational purposes must ensure that the content is appropriate for public sharing and does not compromise the confidentiality of the degree.
